This small batch Barbera is a blend of fruit from Kuitpo in the Southern Adelaide Hills and a small vineyard from Ashton. A small portion of whole bunches where used to give added spice and structure to the wine. Fermented for 21 days on skins and matured in New and used Austrian Oak for 8 months.
Vibrant, juicy red fruits, fresh raspberry and cherry cola interlaced with savoury spice and an elegant finish.
