Aptitude Wine is a side project led by Greg and is a boutique winery focused on expressing vineyard “aptitude”—the natural character of each site.

Founded on the principle of precision and restraint, Aptitude places a strong emphasis on terroir-driven winemaking, sourcing fruit from select vineyard sites across the cool-climate subregions of the Hills.
