It seems like a lifetime ago that we first started our journey to make a Langhorne Creek Prosecco as part of the fabulous Project 5255. From the 4.30am start when the fruit was harvested, the late nights checking the sugar levels as the juice started to ferment, and a big day when the wine was bottled, it was such a pleasure to finally release our 2022 Prosecco last week. It’s been a wonderful project to be involved with, made even more special by a celebration surrounded by our very best XO family and friends. We are so thankful to our loyal customers who support us, our fantastic trade partners who are so important to us, and our family who get dragged along on the adventure with us! Our brand-new Prosecco is now available on the website and will start to appear in bottle shops and bars.
We are so grateful to Langhorne Creek Grape and Wine for having us along for this crazy ride, and the region will always hold a close place in our hearts - we can’t wait to keep sharing this wine with the world.
